Our Auditors and Project Managers hold one or more of the following certifications: Building Analyst Professional, Building Envelope Professional, and Thermographer 1. Our professional certifications through BPI enable us to offer Energy Audits for all types of buildings, and ensure your safety with regard to combustion appliance back-drafting. Home Performance and Building Efficiency Improvements
Comfort by Kodiak is a licensed General Contractor and Mechanical Contractor, a Participating Installation Contractor for the Xcel Energy Home Performance with Energy Star Program, and a Participating Contractor in Colorado's Rechargecolorado.com Rebate Program. We are fully licensed and insured to implement all building efficiency improvements from retrofit insulation systems to air sealing to renewable energy systems.
